How to stop pimple?

man, i hate those things. what is worse is that sometimes they leave a mark or a crater on my face. i have stopped eating chocolate and potato chips. but no help. any tips to stop it? any products that can help me to remove the craters on my face?How to stop pimple?
I battled acne for years. I discovered that washing for two full minutes at night with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cleanser and then wash in the morning with a salicylic acid cleanser really cleared up my skin. Use benzoyl peroxide spot treatment on the blemishes that you do have.





It is important to change your pillowcase each week also. Oil from your hair can get onto your face.





Drink lots of water also. It helps to flush your system. Avoid junk food. Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables.How to stop pimple?
what i do is i put honey on my face overnight and cover it up with a bandaid (jus to make sure honey doesnt get on my pillow)....it works very well for me
First of all, Chocolate doesn't do anything bad to your face (I eat chocolate all the time and I don't get acne very often) so you can eat it again. I use the proactive face wash in the shower and its pretty quick and easy. It makes your face feel very soft, and gives a good glow. When I get out of the shower, I use the proactive cream on my problem areas. Its a good system and it can help with the scars too.
well you get those crater like things on your face when you pick acne..they become scars and probably wont go away but one tip i have for you is to go to walmart or somewhere and get hair, skin, and nail vitamins. they are amazing! i have been using them for a couple months now and if i forget to take them for a couple days i break out so i know they are working great!
i dont think that food that we eat has anything to do with it so i wouldnt worry about stop eating those things ..and for me OXY sstuff work pretty good dont use it too much thought it might dry the skin up..
Oily hair can aggravate acne, so stay away from oily products like pomades or hair spray, especially if you want to get rid of pimples on your forehead.

i know you might think i crazy and you might not want to take advice from a 13 year old but if you put toothpaste on it right before bed and sleep with it on and wash it off in the morning you should be clearing up in no time.
wash your fash with soap and water twice daily once in the morning and once before bedtime.. also use a scrub on your face ....
Go see your derma. she/he can prescribe the best medication for you.
